The world doesn't stop on National Day

We all have our stories about traveling during the holidays. These stories often include crowded buses, broken elevators, fighting, crying, ridiculous prices and lots and lots of mayhem. I have experienced all of these events in just the past 24 hours. The same can probably be said for most of you.
Yet, amazingly, life does go on in China even on a major holiday like this. Traveling may be slower and finding a place where you can eat without a reservation may be difficult, but at the end of the day, you realize that somehow, you managed to survive and perhaps even have a good time! The National Holiday is like any other day in China multiplied by a people factor of ten. If you don't mind seeing lots and lots of people and you don't mind being very close to them at times, then you will be just fine.
While we were out braving the crowds and trying to have some fun we should remember that there are millions of people across China today who still had to go to work today! Don't forget about all of the bus drivers, waiters, store attendants, and others who made this day possible for the rest of us. We should be thankful that they showed up to work today.
In short, holidays in China are always crazy because of the large population. If you dared to go out this weekend, more power to you! Maybe you're like me and you're telling yourself that you definitely won't venture out again next year but I'm pretty sure I told myself that last year too!
Like I said, life goes on no matter what. I got to where I wanted to go,I ate what I wanted to eat,and I enjoyed spending time with those I love. Isn't that what a holiday is all about?

I agree that is very tired when we went home , the bus was so crowded . I must stand on the bus . On the contrary ,i was enjoyable and relaxed at home .I can see my families and friends . In my opinion , in spite of tired ,i will go home happily .

This National holiday was my first time to travel guangzhou by myself. I really experienced crowed people when i was walking on the way to the MTR station . You didn't need to walk because crowed people would push you to move. Maybe someone don't like this feeling but i think it's ok. It's very interesting and it make you feel like moving the sea.

I went to Tianjin for visiting my uncle and aunt ,we enjoy ourselves together. They cooked delicious food for me. I am so appreciated that they spend so much time on treating me. Though the happy time is short, I still love staying with them.

Many of the farmers is having a busy time in the field. there are more people than we thought are still working in the frontline. Here I will give my sincerest appreciation to them. I went to some villages in the countryside in DOUMEN with my family. It was kind of boring, the villages look the same to me. But we buy many vegetables and try some typical food in the villages, which was good. And I saw the sesame plant for the first time. Maybe it's the countryside isn't a popular place to go in the holidays, so it was not very crowded.
