What is the best way to lose weight?

Try searching for the phrase 'lose weight' in Google and you will see that Google comes back with more than 100,000,000 results from around the world wide web. These results include everything from free health advice to sites advertising their 'magic' pills that can make you lose weight 'real' fast. There are videos and blogs,forums and newspaper articles, and plenty of scam sites. You could spend days just sorting through the information on the first five pages.
Yet even today, in the year 2011, no one has come up with that perfect solution. No one has managed to find the 'holy grail' of weight loss techniques.
So what does it take to lose weight in your opinion (or experience)? What is the best way to shed those unwanted pounds?

this question has bothered me for nearly my whole life. Still today, what i have try didn't have great effect on me. But, the way of having no food after 6:00 is the best way I have ever tried.And of course, do some exercise.

I like this topic.Just because so many frends want to lose weight.They always eat nothing in the evening,that means they have one meal a day except the breakfast.I don't think it is the best way to lose weight.I prefer to study hard or think more about some problems.once you are busy,you will be slim.Yes,trust me.

There are so many reasons to force girls to lose weight,such as boy friend,beautiful dress,or even for finding a job.And there is no shortcut for beauty to lose weight expect regular exercise and keeping diet ,I think.

From my point of view,the best way for the fat people to lose weight is to keep a good balanced diet.For instance,eat some fruit as well as vegetables everyday,try to be a vegetarian.What‘s more,u had better do enough exercises and keep on it .

Eat a balanced and healthy diet and exercise regularly... it may not be as fast as going under the knife of drinking pills and other artificial stuff but its very realiable and the safest way to having a not just great body but a healthy one. you should think about your health first before beauty purposes. what is a beautiful and sexy body if you are sickly.

I think it is a thing being full of pain and sorrow . It means that I will miss mang delicious food ,which seems to be a very cruel thing. But I must say in order to be beatiful we must keep thin . My way is to keep stand up when I just finish my dinner .and once I get a litte fatter, the way to lose my weight is to do sports.It is very helpful.Meanwhile,you should keep your dets ,or the fat will soon find you again.

As a female,all girls are looking forward a prefect shape,so do I.
Even thought I also hope to lose weight,I don't know how to do it in a right way.
There are some friends I know who are tryign every efforts to lose weight,such as on a diet and exercising a lot.Whatever,they all pay much but gain less.That's a pity!~
In my opinion,most of girls around me are not fat,they all are okay.But they also tell everybody how fat they are,maybe it's a matter of attitude.So don't main it too much,that will be better.
